Ryan Friedberg, MD

Ryan P. Friedberg, MD is a fellowship trained, sports medicine specialist focusing on the non-operative management of all musculoskeletal and sports medicine related injuries. His fellowship not only focused on the treatment of the adult athlete, but also gave him the experience needed to have a thorough understanding of the treatment of the pediatric and adolescent athletic population.

Dr. Friedberg is a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School whose research interests include the emergency management of knee injuries and the prevention and treatment of overuse injuries in adolescents.

Dr. Friedberg’s expertise with injections, bracing, casting and current rehabilitation therapies allows him to provide comprehensive care in the management of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries in everyone from the elderly patient to the professional athlete.

When not in the office or doing research, Dr. Friedberg could be found covering sporting events, giving lectures to both healthcare professionals and community members, as well as working as a board certified emergency medicine attending.
